Overview

By using this website and placing orders, you agree to these terms. DrinkLocal is a print-on-demand merchandise store. All products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful.

Orders & Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing an order you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they enter production.

Production & Shipping

All products are printed on demand. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days for US orders after production. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. We will replace or refund items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed. See our Support & Returns page for details.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content on this site are the property of DrinkLocal or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

DrinkLocal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
