Returns & Exchanges

We make it right for defects.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or damage, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Just send a photo to support@drinklocal.com — no need to return the item.

Print-on-demand means made for you.

Every DrinkLocal product is produced specifically for your order. Because nothing sits in a warehouse, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review the size chart on each product page before purchasing.

Lost packages.

If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, email us within 7 days. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve it.

Wrong address.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot reship to a corrected address if the original order was shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Most US orders arrive in 5–8 business days.

Production typically takes 2–3 days, then shipping takes 3–5 days. During peak seasons (November–December) allow a few extra days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees — these are the buyer's responsibility.

When will my order ship?
Every product is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes 3–7 business days within the US. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries via Printful's global fulfillment network. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes — these are the buyer's responsibility.
What if my order arrives damaged or has a printing defect?
Email us at support@drinklocal.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipment needed.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Because every item is printed on demand, we don't hold inventory for size exchanges. If you're unsure about sizing, check the size guide on each product page before ordering. For manufacturing errors or misprints, we'll always make it right.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I get a refund?
We're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections since each item is produced specifically for your order. Please double-check the size chart before placing your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. Email support@drinklocal.com immediately with your order reference and we'll do our best to catch it in time.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use the carrier's website to track your package. If you haven't received tracking info within 7 days of your order, email us.
Are the colors exactly what I see on screen?
We do our best to show accurate mockups, but screen colors vary by device. Minor color variation between mockup and finished product is normal and not considered a defect.
