When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We may also collect your email address if you sign up for our newsletter.

We use your information to fulfill orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to customer service inquiries, and — with your consent — send occasional emails about new campaigns and products. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our store:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are subject to their privacy policy.
• Printful — order fulfillment and shipping. Your shipping address is shared with Printful to produce and deliver your order.
• Sanity — content management. No personal data is stored in our CMS.
• PostHog — product analytics. We use PostHog to understand how visitors use our site (e.g., pages viewed, items added to cart). This data is anonymous and does not include personal information. You can opt out by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser settings.
• Vercel — website hosting and performance analytics. Vercel may collect anonymous performance metrics (page load times, error rates).

Cookies

We use minimal cookies required for the site to function, including your shopping cart session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Data Retention

Order information is retained for as long as required to fulfill your order and comply with legal obligations. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time.
